The Beginning & The Passion
Hi, I’m Shax. I was born in '99 and grew up in a small Moshav in the south of Israel. My journey began at the age of 12 with my mother’s old camera. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion; I began shooting at every opportunity and exploring the world through the lens.
At the age of 16, I completed a "Basics of Photography" course at Sapir Academic College—a step that gave me a deep acquaintance with the camera and my first professional tools on my journey as a photographer. After high school, my hobby was traveling, meeting interesting people, and capturing moments and memories, which turned photography into an even greater passion.
Professional Growth
I learned the beginnings of editing software independently, which opened a new and exciting world of creation for me. Immediately after high school, I began my professional path—documenting festivals, productions, and diverse projects all over the country.
To continue improving, I underwent professional training in Video & Animation, where I specialized in Adobe software, including Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
My Vision & Philosophy
My aspiration is to make people feel through my art. With time, I realized that capturing moments through my point of view is my gift to the world—the thing I can give to others with passion and love.
This passion has taught me a lot. Observation, communication, and learning are significant tools in our lives, and a big part of development and professionalism. As a creator, I am always looking to grow, learn, and create new and interesting collaborations.
